Penn Limo Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of Terms occurs when you utilize the services of Penn Limo and by accessing our website, you agree to adhere to the following Terms and Conditions. 

1. Reservations and Booking

Customers must provide accurate information for reservation and booking including date, time, pickup/drop-off locations, and any special requests. 

 

Changes to reservations are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. 

2. Payment

For a seamless experience and due to limited availability, we only accept pre-paid reservations and do not accept payment at the time of service. 

We accept all major credit cards. 

3. Cancellation Policy

Below, you will find our policy regarding refunds for pre-booked reservations:

 

Refunds are generally not provided for pre-booked reservations with Penn Limo, except under the following circumstances:

  1. Cancellation within 24 hours of making the initial reservation payment, provided the booking was made at least 2 days prior to the scheduled service date.
  2. In the unfortunate event of the death of the passenger or their traveling companion.
  3. Due to military orders or a change in duty.

Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment, and supporting documents may be requested for verification purposes.

 

Kindly note that cancellations must be communicated via phone or email. However, we cannot be held liable for undelivered or blocked emails. A cancellation is deemed effective upon the client’s receipt of email confirmation. In the absence of a confirmation, we recommend verifying the cancellation by phone.

 

Refunds will be issued in full amounts, minus any nonrefundable taxes imposed by authorities and a service charge for bookings made through Square (3.5% + $0.15).

 

Please be aware that reservations made within 48 hours of the service date are considered non-cancelable and nonrefundable. Full charges will be applied in the event of late cancellation or a no-show.

 

Should you need to cancel after the 24-hour period, we offer credit towards a future trip with Penn Limo.

4. Vehicle Usage

Penn Limo reserves the right to substitute a comparable vehicle if necessary. 

Passenger capacity is strictly enforced, and additional passengers may result in additional charges. 

5. Early Morning and Late Night Pickups

We are happy to provide early morning and late night pickups. Early morning (before 8:00 am) or late night (after 10:00 pm) pick-ups will incur an additional $35 fee. 

6. Point to Point Transfers

Penn Limo has a standardized point-to-point rates that provide flat rate pricing for travel to and from most major cities and airports. Customers are billed from the time the vehicle leaves the Penn Limo facility until the time it returns to the Penn Limo facility, with a 3 hour minimum. Fractions of an hour are rounded to the hour. 

7. Wait Time

Wait time applies after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described in the reservation from any location including the airport. 

Wait time fees apply ($2 per minute for SUV) if client does not meet the chauffeur during the grace period. 

Wait time fees will not be incurred in the event of flight delays in which drivers will be monitoring the flight to ensure on time service. 

8. Substance Policy

Smoking (cigarette, cigar or electronic cigarette vaping) of any kind is prohibited in the vehicle. 

Client assures that no illegal drugs will be consumed in our vehicle(s). 

 

Our company reserves the right to refuse to transport persons under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs. 

A fee of $300 will be added to your trip for smoking or drug use in the vehicle.

9. Liability

The company is not liable for delays due to unforseen circumstances, such as traffic or weather conditions. Customers are responsible for their personal belongings; the company is not liable for lost or damaged items. 

10. Conduct of Passengers

Passengers must follow all local laws and regulations while inside the vehicle. 

The company reserves the right to refuse service to passengers displaying disruptive or unlawful behavior. 

Passengers must comply with the instructions of the chauffeur for their safety. 

11. Force Majeure

The company is not liable for any failure or delay in service due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions. 

12. Termination of Service

The company reserves the right to terminate service for any reason, including non-compliance with terms and conditions. 

In the event of termination by the company, a pro-rata refund may be issued. 

13. Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold the limo company harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of their use of the services. 

14. Privacy Policy

The company collects and uses personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.

15. Intellectual Property

Penn Limo retains exclusive ownership and rights to all intellectual property, including trademarks, logos, and proprietary business materials associated with its brand and services. 

16. Additional Stops

Added stops made during any trip will be subject to additional charges.
